New! We've added the ability to save notes for each system you inventory, to help you remember why it is included or exempt - or anything else you want to remember. The notes won't show in your public catalog, they are just for your internal reference.
From your Agency page, click on any of the systems you've already inventoried. If you are just getting started, you'll see the notes feature once you've completed each system.
Click on the Jump to notes link at the top:
Then click the Add notes button, and type away!
Click save when you're done. Then go back to your Agency page and you'll see a note icon next to that system (next to Freshdesk, below):
This should help remember choices you made and why when you need to update next year.
